Quality Update & Pricing Realignment Announcement
Dear Valued Customers,
Over the past few days, we have completed another round of
discussions with XYG regarding product quality and future
manufacturing standards.
Many customers have noticed that, over the past few days, some part
numbers have increased in price, while many others have actually gone
down in price.
We are pleased to announce that we have now officially completed a
comprehensive pricing realignment across our entire product lineup.
Rather than applying a blanket price increase, we have adjusted
pricing based on actual manufacturing costs, product popularity,
inventory strategy, and our commitment to maintaining fair,
transparent, and competitive pricing.
As a result, many of our highest-volume and most popular part numbers
are now priced lower than before. Only certain Premium parts have
increased in price due to higher manufacturing standards and quality
upgrades.
As part of XYG’s ongoing commitment to improving product quality
across North America, certain Premium parts have undergone
manufacturing cost increases as quality standards continue to be
upgraded.
At the same time, we are pleased to announce that Sky Titan Glass
3rd Generation has now officially entered production.
Compared with previous generations, Sky Titan Glass 3rd Generation is
produced under a significantly stricter quality control process. The
manufacturing acceptance rate has been reduced to below 70%, meaning
a substantially higher percentage of products are rejected during
inspection and remanufactured before they ever leave the factory.
This reflects a much stricter manufacturing and quality control
standard.
More importantly, XYG’s manufacturing team has confirmed that every
Sky Titan Glass product will now be produced using the highest
manufacturing standard available within XYG’s production system.
Although these quality improvements have increased manufacturing
costs on certain Premium products, we have intentionally reduced
prices on many of our highest-volume and most popular part numbers to
help our customers remain competitive in today’s market.
Some customers may also notice that certain FYG products are now
priced lower than before, and in some cases may even be priced below
comparable Sky Titan Glass products.
This is completely normal.
FYG has long been recognized as a manufacturer of premium-quality
automotive glass. However, we do not believe that higher quality
should automatically mean higher prices.
Our pricing is based on actual acquisition costs and market
fairness. We believe our customers should benefit whenever our
purchasing costs improve.
From today forward, whether it is Sky Titan Glass 3rd
Generation or FYG, our philosophy remains unchanged:
Quality comes first.
Once quality has been ensured, we will always provide the product
that delivers the best value to our customers. We will continue to
purchase the highest-quality products available, and whenever our
purchasing costs improve, those savings will be passed directly on to
our customers.
